Ken was born in Cuba while his parents were serving with the West Indies Mission. By the age of eight his family had moved to Miami, Florida, where his father founded a Spanish literature ministry known as LOGOI, Inc. Having grown up among Spanish people and being involved in missionary life firsthand, Ken felt God calling him to the mission field early in life. He attended Moody Bible Institute, receiving a diploma in Bible Theology, and Trinity College, Deerfield, Illinois, where he received his B.A. in Psychology. He also attended the Birmingham Theological Seminary for one and a half years and completed his seminary training at the Reformed Theological Seminary in Jackson, Mississippi, receiving a Master of Divinity. Ken is an ordained PCA pastor.
Since May of 2003 Ken is the Director of the Technology Department at Mission to the World where he serves MTW missionaries by creating and providing tools that enable them to more effectively plant churches, train leaders and disciple new believers.
Married to Kim, they have three children: Mary, Benjamin and Nathan, and one granddaughter.
