Josh McDowell
Evangelist, writer and representative of “Campus Crusade for Christ International”. Since 1960, Josh has written or co-authored 120 books including his best-known book Evidence That Demands a Verdict, which was ranked 13th in Christianity Today’s list of most influential evangelical books published after World War II. Other well known titles are More Than a Carpenter, A Ready Defense and Right from Wrong.
In the United States, Josh and his team have created many cutting-edge live events to help young people stand strong and firm in their faith in the face of a rapidly-changing culture. These have often developed into full-blown campaigns, such as: Six Hours with Josh, Why Wait?, Right From Wrong.
Josh McDowell married Dottie Youd, with whom he has four children and five grandchildren; they live in Dallas, Texas.
Bob Hostetler
Writer, editor, pastor and speaker from southwestern Ohio. His twenty-six books, which include The Bone Box and American Idols (The Worship of the American Dream), have sold millions of copies. He has co-authored eleven books with Josh McDowell, including the best-selling Right from Wrong (What You Need to Know to Help Youth Make Right Choices) and the award-winning Don’t Check Your Brains at the Door. He has won two Gold Medallion Awards, three Ohio Associated Press awards, and an Amy Foundation Award, among others. Bob is a frequent speaker at churches, conferences, and retreats.
Bob and his wife Robin were foster parents to ten boys (though not all at once). Bob and Robin have two adult children, Aubrey and Aaron, son-in-law Kevin and daughter-in-law Nina, and grandchildren Miles and Mia. They live in Hamilton, Ohio.
