James P. Eckman serves as President as well as Professor in Theology, Ethics, and History at Grace University in Omaha, Nebraska. He holds degrees from Millersville University (B.S.), Lehigh University (M.A.), Dallas Theological Seminary (Th.M.), and the University of Nebraska (Ph.D.). An ordained minister, Dr. Eckman’s specialty is historical theology, with an emphasis on the American church and revivalism. In addition to hosting a weekly radio program, “Issues in Perspective,” he lectures widely on postmodern-era implications for the Christian community.
