Fannely was born in Quilpue, Chile. He became a Christian at the age of 14. Fannely is a professor of Education and studies Reformed Theology at IETCH. He’s a member of the National Presbyterian Church “Word of Life” in the city of Quillota (Valparaiso). He is preparing to become a pastor, with a special focus on the family. He is married to Jacqueline Gonzalez.
Fannely earned First Place in LOGOI’s Writing Contest (August 2008) with his article Disfrutar la vida desde la perspectiva de la espiritualidad cristiana [Enjoying Life as a Spiritual Christian].
