Oh my! I have not been focusing on LOGOI these past couple of weeks as I went to Georgia to be with my two sons and their families. All I can tell you is that I am very, very blessed to have such a wonderful family who loves me and loves the Lord. I was able to read LOGOI’s “Three Amazing Gifts from God” to my grandchildren, putting each of their names in the certificates. (I hope you have read it, too.) What a great impact their Grandpa’s sermon made on each of us.
Come to think about it, I have been receiving Christmas greetings from pastors all over — yesterday one came from Cuba. What a privilege we have to keep encouraging them in their ministries. One of the Cuban pastors received his “P.I.G.” and used it to buy a TV. I was sort of disappointed when I read that, but then as I continued reading, he wanted the TV so he could show biblical teaching videos to his house church people. They are all thrilled to have “outside” teaching — and I suppose a cartoon show or two for his little girl doesn’t hurt, either. So, God’s work is always rewarding and a blessing.
Thank you so much for praying for us … and for all the pastors who are part of our LOGOI world.
We have all kinds of exciting plans for this new year. May God give us the wisdom, courage, strength —and funds— to see them become reality.
